We started Grow because we’d lived a bit of life first.
We’ve built Grow around clear advice, practical thinking and genuine relationships because
we believe the best financial decisions happen when people understand their options and
feel supported.
Our Story
2015
Tasha had already been part of the firm for years, first as an accountant and then as a junior partner. When the senior partners began to exit, she and Louise made the decision to take it over together. That was 2015.
It wasn’t a leap of faith. It was a deliberate choice by two people who knew exactly what they were taking on — and had a clear idea of how they wanted to do it differently.
Tasha brings deep accounting expertise with a particular focus on complex structures, SMSFs and tax planning. Louise brings exceptional operational instincts, the kind that turn a good accounting firm into one that actually runs well, communicates clearly and doesn’t drop the ball.
Together, we built Grow into a specialist firm with a simple philosophy: accounting exists to make your life easier, not more complicated. The numbers, the structures and the compliance, that’s our job. Your job is to get on with the things that actually matter.

Tasha
Senior Accountant & Partner
Tasha has an accounting degree, a law degree, a CPA and a limited financial planning licence covering SMSFs. On paper that’s a lot of letters. In practice it means she can sit across from someone with a genuinely complicated structure and actually understand all of it.
What she’s known for is making the complicated feel manageable. She has a knack for knowing when something hasn’t quite clicked… it’s about explaining Australia’s complex tax system in a way that simply makes sense.
Outside work, Tasha has a large family (including grandchildren), a serious reading habit and a fur family that probably has opinions about tax season.
Louise
Managing Partner
Louise is the reason everything runs the way it does. Her expertise isn’t tax, she has something harder to find: the ability to look at how a firm operates and make it genuinely better. Processes, systems, communication and consistency are her domain, but her real focus is creating an environment where both clients and our team thrive. Because when the right systems support the right people, exceptional client service follows naturally. Outside the office, Louise loves travelling, discovering beautiful places, and spending time with her family and furbabies. She believes life is about more than work, and that balance is something worth protecting for both our clients and our team.
